I have had several financial deals with many people, but I have never come across a business person such as Maddie. She is highly professional, extremely personable, and attentive to details and to the specific circumstances of the client. She was so successful when she brokered the purchase of my condo in Kensington that I also entrusted her with the rental of the apartment. In both instances, she tackled all bottlenecks in the shortest time, by liaising between the lender, the condo management company and the building staff, the contractor, potential tenants, etc. The list is long. Maddie’s business approach was a perfect fit for me, considering that I was an out-of-state buyer. Another quality that makes Maddie stand out from the rest is her ability to move fast with great precision, and her willingness to go beyond the call of duty in order to push the process forward. In summary, I can say without a doubt that my luck has indeed taken a positive turn thanks to Maddie. I will, without reservation, recommend her to potential clients.
