About Gary Frey

With a grandfather who was a builder and a family that moved a lot, exposing him to a wide range of homes, you could say Gary’s entrance into the industry was fate. Before offering his skills directly to buyers and sellers, Gary worked as an architectural design consultant for Ritz Carlton domestic and international properties. During his time with Ritz Carlton, he also lent his expertise to the areas of business development and project management. Eventually, he realized he was ready for a change of scenery, both in his physical location and his profession. With that, he made his move to D.C. (where he’s lived now for 15 years) and began his career as a Realtor®.

With more than 12 years of experience under his belt, Gary has made a name for himself in the local real estate arena. The creativity he brings to every transaction can be directly attributed to his architectural background, and it sets him apart from the crowd. He has a vision for every home, and works closely with clients to bring it to life within their budgets. His background in hospitality also instilled in him the importance of providing the highest level of service, which he does with every client he encounters. Whether the listing is a condo priced at $500K or a multi-million dollar home, Gary’s dedication is unequaled. Gary is also commended by clients and peers for his accountability and aptitude for making the buying and selling process a fun experience for all those involved. This all undoubtedly factors in to his long list of clients who have become great friends, something Gary says he is particularly grateful for.

In addition to his love of architecture and design, Gary is passionate about the arts and the outdoors. Living in D.C., he has no shortage of opportunities to explore these passions. You can regularly find him outside walking, reading a good book in nature, or touring one of the area’s renowned museums. Gary is also a father, grandfather, and proud supporter of the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
